The Inception campaign was launched on Facebook for UK users. There were two campaigns that I worked on; the Briefcase Hunt and the Levels of Inception game.
The Briefcase hunt involved people moving around the country to try and find the Extractor, the first person to find the Extractor based on a clue posted on Facebook would win a pair of tickets to the UK Inception Premiere
I worked on backend Four Square integration with Facebook for this campaign!
The Levels of Inception game was an application run on Facebook that allows users to complete 5 dream levels in order to progress into Limbo where they get the chance to enter a competition to win a trip to New York with runners up winning the Inception Special Edition Briefcase. This was built on Facebook’s very own FBJS code before they reverted their tab applications to iframe’s.
